Shipping and Delivery

How We Do It

Thank you for visiting and shopping at saltandroseclothing.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipment processing time


All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

All orders within the United States will have a flat rate shipping cost.

All orders shipped internationally will have a flat rate shipping cost.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties and Taxes


Salt + Rose Clothing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Damages


Salt + Rose Clothing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Our Return and Refunds Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

 

Returns and Refunds

How It Works

To be eligible for a return and/or exchange, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition that you received it within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, after 30 days we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned item. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed. A credit will be automatically applied to the original payment method within 3 to 6 business days for the value of the item returned and any applicable taxes associated with the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your exchange is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status and tracking information for the exchanged item back to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for your returning item. The shipping cost to you is non-refundable. You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee and can not be held responsible if we don't receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
